The Port of Algeciras Bay Customer Service Department (CSD) was created from the need to improve service quality constantly, provide our customers with an element that lends transparency to port operations and resolve any issues swiftly, effectively and integrally, being a channel for direct communication with the Port of Algeciras Bay Authority.

The service tries to solve possible diversions from the normal services that the Port Authority provides and guarantees a satisfactory response to meet our customers’ expectations. At the same time, the service serves as a link between the final customer and the various institutions that make up our Port Community.

Apart from being able to meet our customers’ needs, the CSD has become an efficient means of detecting where we can improve our own activity. At the same time, customers may ask for commercial information about activities, improvements and new services that are being implemented at the Port of Algeciras Bay that allows us to address the needs of our customers and be a fundamental tool towards the goal of satisfying their needs, thus promoting customer loyalty to the Port of Algeciras Bay.
